What kind of payments do you accept?

We love to get paid, so we accept orders online with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All transactions placed online are secure, using Shopify Secure payment technology to encrypt and protect your information during transit. Once we have processed an order, we safely discard credit card information. We also accept PayPal. We are unable to accept COD (cash on delivery) orders.

Can I combine two or more discounts?

Cheeky! You can only receive one discount per order, no discounts can be used in conjunction with one another.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete it. Sorry!

Where is my order?

Most orders ship out in 2–3 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after order is placed. Once it's shipped out, you will get a shipping confirmation with tracking. For more about how and where we send stuff, click here.

How do I get a tracking number for my package?

You should receive an email from Ridley's Games with the tracking number of your shipment once it is on its way. If you have not received an email, please email us with details of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

No, sorry. At this time we do not ship to international addresses, only to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. We also cannot accept orders placed on credit cards with international billing addresses.

When will a product be back in stock?

Well, this is embarrassing. Please hit the "notify me when available" button on the product page to be the first to know when we’ve got more!

How much does shipping cost?

If your order amount is $30 or more (after any discounts and before tax), then your ground shipping is free! Hoorah! Ground shipping is $5.00 for all orders up to $30. No express shipping is available. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipping is temporarily unavailable to Hawaii and Alaska.

Do you charge sales tax?

Ah, that pesky stuff. Orders shipped to addresses in states that require sales tax will have the prevailing sales tax rate for that state.

Returns & Refunds

We’re confident that you’ll love what you get, but if for any reason you’re not happy, then you may return it up to 30 days after receipt.

Make sure you include the original order number so we know who you are! Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds typically take two weeks to process but may take longer during exceptionally busy times. 

Oh! And definitely hang on to your return tracking number so you can confirm your order has made it back to the warehouse. We cannot accept exchanges at this time.

What if my item is damaged?

Uh-oh! Please call us immediately at 1-800-759-0190 if you receive a damaged or defective item and we will process a claim and/or send you a replacement. We must be informed within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged goods or we cannot process a claim. Hold onto all packaging materials and the item until further notice. The carrier may need to inspect the package if a claim is filed. Always inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.

I'm missing a puzzle piece!

If you are certain your cat or dog hasn't had a puzzle snack and you are still missing a puzzle piece or you suspect it's a manufacturing defect, please send us an email and include a picture of the near-completed puzzle along with the name and ISBN (What’s an ISBN? That’s the number under the barcode. What’s the barcode? The rectangle of black lines. Gotcha. Great.)

How accurate is the online color representation?

We do our very best to ensure the colors of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. But because the colors you see will depend on your screen, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. So, please assume that all products may vary slightly in color from what you see on screen.

You can find our stuff in countless stores across the country as well as in many international shops. Please email us to find your nearest store.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping. But we do offer a "gift message" box option in your cart where you can add up to 140 characters in a message for your giftee.

Where are Ridley’s products manufactured?

Most of our products are manufactured in China unless the packaging says otherwise. Our people make great stuff.
