General Ordering
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept orders online with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All transactions placed online are secure, using Shopify Secure payment technology to encrypt and protect your information during transit. Once we have processed an order, we safely discard credit card information.
We also accept PayPal.
We are unable to accept COD (cash on delivery) orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to addresses in states that require sales tax will have the prevailing sales tax rate for that state.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
But if you are not, you may return it up to 30 days after receipt. Please send your return to:

Be sure to include the original order number. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds typically take two weeks to process, but may take longer during exceptionally busy times. Make sure to hang on to your return tracking number so you can confirm your order has made it back to the warehouse.
We cannot accept exchanges at this time.
What if items are backordered or sold out?
If certain products are backordered or sold out on our website, it will also be noted on the product page. We will do our best to add on the product page when it will next be available, but you can also email hello@chroniclebooks.com who will be able to provide you with the earliest possible shipping date.

How accurate is the online color representation?
We use our best effort to ensure the color of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. Because the color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display of any color on our website is accurate. Please assume that all products may vary slightly in color from what you see on screen.
Where can I find a store in my neighborhood that sells Ridley's Games?
We offer our goods in countless stores across the country as well as in many international shops. Please email hello@chroniclebooks.com to find your nearest store.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately at the moment, we currently do not offer gift wrapping.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost ?
Ground shipping is $5.00 for all orders up to $30.00.
If your order amount is $30 or more (after any discounts and before tax), your ground shipping is free. No express shipping is available. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipping is temporarily unavailable to Hawaii and Alaska.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to international addresses. We also cannot accept orders placed on credit cards with international billing addresses at this time.
When are items shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of receipt. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, it may not ship until Thursday or Friday.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after order is placed.
What if my item is damaged?
Please call us immediately at 1-800-759-0190 if you receive a damaged or defective item and we will process a claim and/or send you a replacement. We must be informed within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged goods or we cannot process a claim. Hold onto all packaging materials and the item until further notice. The carrier may need to inspect the package if a claim is filed. Always inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
How do I get a tracking number for my package?
You should receive an email from Ridley's Games with the tracking number of your shipment once it is on its way. If you have not received an email, write to us at hello@chroniclebooks.com.
Discounts
Can I combine two or more discounts?
No, you can only receive one discount per order, no discounts can be used in conjunction with one another.
